The Family Day Care Cashbook is offered on an annual subscription basis and is very modestly priced for the features it offers. Once you complete the sign up process you will have three options.

This cashbook is for Carers who wish to use the cashbook to prepare their own tax return or to provide the information to their Accountant. However you may be able to purchase the cashbook cheaper if you are a former user of e-record or you choose to become a client of Child Care Accounting. Read below for further details.

The tax office accounced that from 1 July 2010 it will no longer provide it's free record keeping software to taxpayers and all support for the product will be withdrawn from 30 September 2010.

Any Carer who uses Child Care Accounting to prepare and lodge their annual tax return is entitled to purchase the cashbook for $99 and will not be charged an annual renewal fee as long as they remain a client.
